There is a lot more to our head chef, Jesse McTavish, than just cooking.

In this short film he gives you all the inside tips on where to find the best coffee, natural wines and tapas around Bondi. Jesse also takes you for a surf on the beach and finds one of the more unusual creatures of the sea.

You can catch Jesse at the Taste of Sydney Collective this November, where he will be cooking in the Electrolux kitchen with many of Sydney’s greatest chefs including Mark Best, Mat Lindsay, Nelly Robinson, Joel Bickford & Corey Campbell.
