You know that feeling on a balmy October day...dipping your toes into the warm, baked sand of Bondi Beach and making your way down to the salty ocean for a refreshing dip. It's that instant hit of happiness that takes over. This menu, creates that feeling. It's a delicious journey of refreshing cocktails and spicy snacks that transcend spring days to long balmy summer evenings.

 

We recently invited guests to relish in our bespoke paired cocktail and snack menu in October 2020, as part of Good Food Month. Guests enjoyed flavours of hot chili paired with bursting citrus, the freshest seafood caught locally and beautiful native ingredients such as lemon myrtle and mountain pepper.

 

$110 per person. Included the below tasting menu, inclusive of four cocktails and four snacks.

 

TASTING MENU

 

sunrise lime mojito – oysters with sunrise lime dressing 
bacardi ocho, sunrise lime, mandarin, mint, soda 
 
spicy kaffir lime margarita (3 levels of spice) – tuna tartare 

espolon blanco, kaffir lime, salt bush, lime, choice of spice level: no spice for me, a splash of habanero - hella spicy! 
 
citrus spritz – fried zucchini flowers with ricotta and parmesan 

lighthouse gin, pampelle grapefruit, lemon, yuzu, soda 
 
myrtle & mountain pepper sour – calamari w salt bush and lemon myrtle mayo 

bombay sapphire, aperol, lemon, lemon myrtle, mountain pepper, squid ink
