Bondi Foraging Tour

 

 

This spring, we invite you to enjoy an educational Bondi foraging tour hosted by Diego Bonetto from "The Weedy One", alongside NBF's talented Sous Chef Stefano and our wonderful Head Bartender Shay. 

 

Learn about native ingredients found in the rockpools and in the back streets of North Bondi, plus an introduction of how we have tied in foraged ingredients into our spring menu.

 

End your experience at NBF, indulging in a delicious spring lunch with your mates. 


The intimate tour will run from 10am, starting at NBF and walking the rockpools and back streets of beautiful Bondi to forage native ingredients, followed by enjoying a spring cocktail and a 3-course lunch at NBF that celebrates locally foraged ingredients. 

$120 per person

I love to enable conversations around belonging, sustainability and agency, while eating food.
